All students at Marcias Dance Centre must complete a student resgistration form including emergency contact details. This form must be handed to Marcia's Dance Centre staff prior to your first class at the studio. All details will be handled in line with GDPR and in conjunction with our privacy policy.

STUDIO POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Before completing the Registration form, please carefully read the policies below:
Marcia's Dance Centre is engaged in the business of instructing the art of dance, fitness and performing arts and maintains a studio at Edificio Atalaya, Calle Benisa, Calpe, Spain. I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Marcia's Dance Centre's classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Marcia Dance Centre, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Marcia dance Centre. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Marcia Dance centre, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.
I understand that Marcia's Dance centre is not responsible for my child or other children under my supervision who are left unsupervised in the common areas and areas surrounding the dance school and that Marcia's Dance centre will only be supervising my child when he or she is participating in scheduled dance activities , programs or instructions. I understand that Marcia's Dance Centre is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen whilst I or my child is at or on Marcia's Dance Centre property.
I hereby give permission for any and all medical attention to my child in the event of an accident, injury, sickness, etc. and under the direction of any necessary emergency medical facility, until such time as I may be contacted. I also assume responsibility of the payment of any such treatment.
Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular policies and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist, however, Marcia's Dance Centre will not be held liable.
I understand that all tuition and fees are non-refundable. No refund for missed classes or withdrawal for any reason. Tuition is due the 1st of the month - discounted monthly rates will be forfeited for payments after the 7th day of the month. In the event that Marcia's Dance Centre is required by local regulations to restrict access to the local, Marcia's Dance Centre reserves the right to conduct all classes via remote and online facilities and no refund will be due for those students who participate in these classes.
I hereby consent to the use of photos or likeness of my child/self for advertising purposes in publications such as, but not limited to, flyers, radio/television broadcast, websites, print articles, social media, print advertisement, and/or brochures. I understand that if I do not consent to the use of photos or likeness of my child/self, I must provide written notice via email to info@marciasdancecentre.com
